Up a pound since last week... I think I've hit a plateau. For the last month I've been gaining and losing the same pound or two. Need a good swift kick in the arse to get me into the 240's. I thought I had been doing so much better this past week, and still up a pound. It may be due to my TOM, and just water weight. I have noticed my rings are tighter this week.
Maybe next week will be a big loss, but that won't happen if I don't keep up with eating right and exercising. So that's my focus for this coming week, one day at a time.
I am right there with you. I have been stuck for a while. Let me know if you figure out how to kick it :)

I HEAR YA!! i've seen the same darn number for 3wks now! that's been my constant. my exercise has not. if it isn't one school function or a kid sick it's something else!!! ugh!
